SUPPORTED COACHING - £55pm*or £145 for a 3mth block

Fully supported online coaching is our most popular run coaching option and provides you with added support to reach your running goals. Following an in depth consultation call, we create a personalised plan just for you.

Each week, your personalised plan is loaded onto our running app, allowing you to stay on track by accessing your schedule wherever you are.

* £55 per month on a rolling contract - 1 month notice period


If you are looking for a personalised training plan, but don't want full coaching support, then our unsupported training plans offer the perfect solution.


Following a detailed telephone consultation, our coach will create and email you a fully personalised 12 to 16 week training plan. 


Our 60 minute face-to-face sessions are held in Bedfordshire. Your personal running coach can offer advice and guidance on whatever element of your running you want to improve. Using their expertise and experience, our coach will conduct a thorough review of your running technique, discuss your goals, provide guidance on stretching, training routines and drills, ensuring you reach your potential during every session.
